I can tag my wife on a post but when she tries to tag me I don't show up as an option in the drop down section (yes were friends). Both of our settings are identical. I've tried on Chrome and Firefox...and on her iphone. None of it works.

Are you talking about Facebook, Instagram or Twitter? All three have their own Help Center.
I suspect your settings are not identical.
