The crazy part? They not only could have been worse, it was very close they weren't. Too bad/good thing 45 hired "operatives" as effective as his Cabinet.

They can go after him for interfering with the victims civil rights and carries a 20 year Federal sentence that the Gov't has used and very successfully before. There are Federal weapons charges, also.

They also take other manufacturer's gun's and jazz them up. These are not cheap or a casual owner's hand gun. Usually owned by serious shooters.
Robbers and muggers don't use these guns. They sell those.

It is hard to see how Mr. Rittenhouse was acting under color of law. Was he a police officer?
