recently i started playing blockudoku on my phone.
it's a combination of tetris and sodoku, but it's slower than old-school tetris...

That's right - good memory. I did play that. Oh, and pong. When I think of video games, though, I think of the xbox stuff. So my games were 30 years out of date.
Thinking along the lines of the surreal, third-person action puzzler, Katamari Damacy.

More than 24 years after its release in January 1997, I'm finally playing the original Diablo. I typically have a tough time playing an old game that I didn't previously play when it was new but I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
Delightful tech makers and hackers at Adafruit have an important PSA for you this Halloween, asking you to be sure that someone hasn't gotten Doom running inside your childrens' Halloween candy. As proof of this danger they produce a Milky Way candy bar (that's a Mars, literal rest of the world) complete with functional screen running Doom.

Maybe a NieR automata? it was a super novelty for me in terms of menhanechs, style of play, and the whole idea. it still gives me strange but pleasant vibes.
