the worst lyric help question ever

hello all, I have no idea who sings it and anything other than this (this is not much help but i figured i'd give it a shot hahaha)

the song is kinda of rock/dance/new wave maybe i dont remeber that well. the only thing i remember are parts of the song where it stops and a booming man's voice says "butterfly wings" or butterflies wing" and then this cool little electronic (keybordy) part solos it sounds like what dancing butterflies could sound like in keyboard form.

hahahaha i told you this one is terrible i have no other help it's not smashing pumkins so dont start with that hahaha.
