All this good fortune was due to my having done good deeds.

All these good fortunes were due to my having done good deeds.

Which is the correct sentence? If neither, how should it be phrased?

"All this good fortune was due to my having done good deeds," is correct.

"Fortune" retain its singular form in this case.

This example shows where "fortunes" could be used in a plural form (although it's not a sentence you would be likely to see in use):

"All these good fortunes were due to many people having done good deeds."
