This the one that approached the prosecutor last week for a plea deal and was rebuffed. The prosecutor had no doubt: she was going to get three guilties she needed no deals, no more prosecution witnesses.

The son, who was the trigger man is the one I think will have the toughest time.

Being found "not guilty" is not "proven innocent."

This might be too subtle for a newcomer to our shores like "Stacy24" but he might want to memorize this distinction because it could very well show up on his citizenship test.

There is a presumption of innocence in the US. Rittenhouse wasn't "proven innocent" because he started out innocent.

We are all innocent until proven guilty. Rittenhouse faced a jury of his peers and he wasn't found guilty. So yes, he is innocent just like he always was.

If you want to play these stupid word games, Kyle Rittenhouse is no more or less innocent of murder then Frank or Hightor or Bobsal.

Memo to suburban white people who are forced to resort to vigilantism in order to protect themselves from dangerous criminals:

It is very unlikely that either ColdJoint or Gungasnake (who are in fact two different people) were the person who sent nasty PMs to izzythepush. It's not their style.

I do not have any knowledge as to who did do it (although I'd like to state that it wasn't me either). Considering how izzythepush spouts terrible lies about people though, I'm not sure how he has much cause to complain. Whoever it is that is doing it, I bet izzythepush attacked that person first, and attacked them just as severely as they are now attacking him back.

I can't say that I know for sure. But it doesn't sound like anything that he'd say.
