I have been in a relationship with a man for going on two years now. In the time we have been together, he has sexted with an ex, created new profiles on dating sites. He has since said that he would not do it again and has given me access to all his electronics, changed phone number and email. I just can't trust him in spite of having that access.

Yes, you should leave. No trust means no future.

I agree with engineer. If you can't trust him then there's no point continuing the relationship.
