Any idea?

Please help me

27 years old female, non smoker. Usually healthy
Did some blood test and ultrasound which all came back normal.
3 years ago I had sore throat,rash, headache,runny nose which all cleared up except for the runny nose that later turns to chronic sinusitis and ever since my health never been the same.

my ongoing symptoms for the past 3 years:
Persistent submandibular Lymph node
Oral thrush
Chronic Sinusitis
Joints pain
Fat loss
Acid reflux
Decreased sense of taste and smell
Loss hair

Any idea on what may this sounds like?
