It’s not incorrect, but it’s not common.

People normally say Happy New Year.

Seasons Greetings as a phrase usually refers to the Christmas New Year fortnight.

I think you would get quizzical looks saying that. I've never heard of that saying.

Not over here.

It’s very common, it appears on Christmas cards and such.

I can’t post links but if you google the phrase you’ll see plenty of examples.

Last year the Kid got a pair of novelty socks with the phrase and salt and pepper pots on it.

The same sort of logic that caused Homer to call his group the B sharps.

Having said that, it’s not the sort of thing people normally say. They write it down on Christmas cards wrapping paper etc.
