Hi there, what should we do?
Recently, a patient with mental health challenges aged late 40's received a picture from his Health Care Professional.
Description of photo: She appeared very charming and flirtatious.
Then this medical professional opened her lips with her thump and finger, slightly pushed her red tongue out, certainly this act appears to be act of seduction and it is inappropriate.
Our worry is, making formal complaint, may damage her professional career and reputation.
Any suggestions welcome

I think you might share your feelings with the health care professional. Sending the picture to a patient doesn't sound the least bit professional, and the pose described seems totally inappropriate.
