And my great-great-grandfather had 5 pieces in the Picturing the Northwest exhibit (and his was the painting under the sign at the entrance)

The Maud Lewis exhibit was two rooms, really wonderful. She's Canada's Grandma Moses.

There were 3 indigenous exhibits that were fantastic. I'm going again!

nifty work. Its neat to have a recognized artist in your family.

I alway like to view native art because of th colors they choose always seem to reflect their environments.

In BC native art has always been quite prominent so it was quite a surprise to see such exhibits here in Alberta. It was quite wonderful. I really enjoyed the diversity.
