Do you know I, Daddy, love/loves you?

Is the sentence correct? And if so, which is the correct verb?

Thanks!

What is your meaning?

Do you know that your Daddy loves you?

Do you know that I, your Daddy, loves you?

Do you know that Daddy loves you?

Do you know that I love you?

You should follow the grammatical standards listed above.
You should attempt to put the subject in the pronoun form if you are uncertain about the verb form.

I and daddy = we

I = I

daddy = he

We love you.

I love you.

He loves you.
