Some years ago there was a similar incident when a brochure was produced by Oakland University in Rochester , Michigan. The front cover showed student body at a basketball game. They were all kinds of ethnic faces represented. Come to find out it wasn’t even a real picture from the school. Their answer was that it was an advertising piece and the picture was supposed to just represent kids at a game sitting in the bleachers.
