"Please kindly queue up" is redundant – either "please" or "kindly" will work effectively by itself.

Redundancies drive me nuts, like the following: "It's 10:a.m. in the morning." "Revert back." "Past experience." "Advance notice." "Forewarned." "End result."

Here's some more Smile with the author's notes in parentheses:

absolutely necessary (absolutely is almost never necessary. It is an absolute. As far as “necessary”, something either is or it isn’t necessary.)
