Help identify a music video

So i killed some brain cells when i almost died. Trying to find a music video based only on what I remember happening. I have no lyrics. No tune. Just the plot.

The setting is a poorly lit old concrete building. There are recording devices set up. Theres a woman between the onlookers and the band, not sure if shes a scientist or what. The band plays but the onlookers can only see them on a monitor like they are either ghosts or a memory or in a different dimension. Kinda reminds me of emf ghost hunting. The band is dressed like how they might appear on stage. Jeans n t-shirt style nothing weird or scifi. I remember liking the song so it’s gotta be rock, alt, metal, or heavy metal. Don’t think it was heavy metal. Reminds me of that movie Spectral from 2016.

Any clue helps. Google was clueless. Spent the last 4 years rediscovering movies music and books I’ve forgotten. I’d estimate it’s newer than 2000 but no older than 2017.
