A man is driving through the desert when he receives a notification about how much he saved with Allstate. so he sings a song on the radio -Opportunities (Let’s Make Lots of Money)” by Pet Shop Boys. Then flash the fancy hood ornament on his hood is singing too. By the way, the song is “

I heard many people love this commercial - every time I see it I get the creeps. That hood ornament gives me the creeps big time - I have no idea why. It just does.

Anyone else think anything of this ? Maybe I am just weird.

The thing about what’s scary (besides the visuals) is that someone had to think that up and more someone’s had to approve it to represent their company’s message. That’s pretty scary!

I don’t know what cover is playing on the advert but Neil Tennant was the vocalist for The Pet Shop Boys.

Like I said I haven’t seen the ad so it might have a female cover playing, it was just that Linkat said it was The Pet Shop Boys.

That’s Neil Tennant singing, apart from the voice of the figurine.

It doesn’t creep me out, but I can’t see why it’s popular.

Over here we have Wallace and Gromit flogging sofas.

I can’t post links but the advert is for a company called DFS. I don’t know if it’s on YouTube.
