I don't know a price amount yet. There will probably be packages ranging from 10MB of space to 100MB.
And VERY FEW premium accounts will be available. I don't want to turn my server into a big mail server and the few premium email accounts would just go toward covering costs.

As to reserved usernames I do not know yet. It won't be an issue for premium accounts, but to do that for the third party free accounts would mean that you can ONLY have an email with your username. It's a choice that will have to be made eventually.

I can, but I don't want to be server admin to too many people. I'd like to keep the user number down so I'm not flooded with support requests.
