Econometric model help

Hi, I wanted to ask for the help or advice. I write the assignment, in which I need to use STATA, however I am not the best at econometrics and I do not really know what should I do with my data.
Data I have collected focuses on the labour market in the UK. It shows how many people from certain groups (UK nationals, EU nationals and Others) worked in certain sectors (manufacturing, healthcare, banking, construction, etc.) in years 2007, 2014 and 2016.
And here my problems occurs. I do not really know what I can do with this data, and my deadline is closer and closer. I was thinking about using the time series model, but maybe there is a better choice? Or if time series would be the best, what exactly would you advise me to do? To mention again, I need to use Stata. Thanks for any help!
