I think you're missing the context to which that name refers. The number of black USAmericans beaten or killed by members of their local constabulary is much higher than that found in other ethnic and racial groups in the USA. It suggests that, as far as these police are concerned, they treat black suspects as if their lives
didn't matter. So, in that context, "BLM" makes sense.
And it's only three words — a slogan that people can remember. A phrase that accurately described the purpose of the organization and had no element of ambiguity would have been cumbersome. "Black Lives Matter and It's Time to Recognize This" wouldn't have been that catchy. Why don't you see if you can come up with a better name for the organization which reflects the goals of the movement?

That's a really poor description of fascism. You neglected to mention belligerent nationalism, militarism, state capitalism, centralized authority, or one party government and instead just use the word as an all-purpose insult, completely ignoring the historical significance of the political movement.
