The preacher teaches the following in the verse, "On Practicing according to his master's Teachings".

Should the comma be removed?

In British English take out the comma, the spelling error, the inadvertently risible rhyme, the non sequitur, the inconsistent capitalisation, the quotation marks, and the verse malaprop.

Here in America, the comma should stay.

The sentence is not a sentence...it is a fragment. It makes no sense to me.
