sex and bad backs

My wife and me are 50 years old . Both of of us would enjoy more sex with each other . But we both have back and neck issues . She has fused neck vertebrae and herniated discs from horses and a car wreck . Myself I have 8 herniated discs from a 15 foot fall several years ago . We have try but have not found a position the is easy for both of us . It's like "well it's your turn to be on your back and enjoy" . One of us will be hurting more then normal for several days afterward . We would like to find a postition that is equal for both of us to enjoy and easier on our backs . Any suggestions ? We have tried we think every position out there !!!
