Which sentence is correct:

Once you’ve received payment from your mortgage company please mail it to our local office.
or
Once you've received payment from your mortgage company, please mail it to our local office.

You don’t need the comma, and as this is an official, formal, communication I would get rid of the contraction. Instead of you’ve I’d write you have.
