Would I have to go to a specialty lighting store to get a replacement for a goose neck lamp halogen bulb "set" marked: 110 v 60 HZ FML-27W-6400k. The reverse side reads just 5907. It has four small male pegs arrayed in a square of 1/4 inch.

It is a bulb "set" that has four tubes, each about 4.5" by @ 0.58". The second and the third tubes in the sequence seem to have a white connection that is different from the two others. It has a white solid "goo" that can't be removed.

Any and all suggestions would be welomed and appreciated!

You probably would need to go to a lighting store or possibly Lowe's or Home Depot. With those big outlets you can often find out if they have the product in stock online.

@segorese,
there's an east Coast elec supply outfit called "Cash n Carry" .They have all kinds of specialty socket and pin lights. I use various merc and LED types for m studio lamps. Im sure you can find your pin setup.
