So a week ago I had sever throbbing pain. I went to the dentist and it turns out my wisdom tooth was infected at the root.
I was referred to a oral surgeon and put on antibiotics. The pain stopped after 1 day on the antibiotics but the nearest appointment to have the tooth removed is 2 months away so...
What should i do in the meantime if the infection comes back or? im confused

See an oral surgeon who can schedule you posthaste and if that fails, take yourself to a hospital emergency room. Don't fool around with this sort of thing.
