Warnock (D) has now been officially declared the winner (I don't know why they waited so long). Ossoff (D) will win, although it hasn't been called yet. He is now ahead, and the votes left to count are from heavily Democratic areas.

A good day for the good guys!

Of course this is a big deal for several reasons. Most importantly the Democrats will control the legislative agenda.

One again Max uses the language of the far right to delegitimise election results.

Biden did not steal the White House he won it despite Max’s mendacious Goebbling.

True. But it will be the narrowest of possible majorities.

The Republicans will find it easy to stay unified since they are in the minority. They will only need to peel off a single moderate Democrat to block a majority vote. And much will be filibustered.

It is better for the Democrats to have a narrow majority than a narrow minority, but it isn't like they are free and clear to impose their agenda to destroy America.

Not really. We'll be working to undermine the illegitimate Biden Administration for the next four years and then working to elect Mr. Trump to his second term in 2024.

@oralloy,
So.... since the Republicans are staying unified, I guess you won't be using the word "RINO" any time soon. (Anytime one Republican is calling another Republican a "RINO" you know they are fucked).

@maxdancona,
That Ga hs lost even one Senator is a repudiation of Plump. I think that he wont remain a viable force after this quarter. There are pleny of younger eager turks of all the GOP poles that can remove Trump from the playing field.

If Trump had worked on winning the Congressional elections in Georgia rather than on his hopeless quest to overturn the results of his own election... the Repilicans would have one at least one of these seats (Purdue) and most likely both.

It's pathetic.

It is a mocking pity... but sure, I guess I pity him.

I actually feel kind of sorry for Mike Pence. He was a loyal foot soldier who is now getting pushed to the front line and then stabbed in the back. The way that Trump is screwing Pence is so needless and pointless... especially after Pence sold his soul to him.

Anyone is free to run in the primary of course. But I'm pretty sure that I'll be crossing party lines and voting for Mr. Trump.

Just Michigan.

Usually.

In the 2008 primaries my vote counted for zero because Barack Obama disenfranchised the entire state of Michigan with the help of the Democratic Party.

I've voted for Republicans in every single general election race ever since. I even research which judges are Republicans so I can vote for them in the general election.
