i'm currently in the process of knowing someone who from the other country. he want to take the next step to be in a relationship with me but we were so different in the term country and culture and also religion. What i should do?

Unless you are prepared to put in serious time, money, and energy, don't do it.

Long distance relationships are extremely hard work, and you already have cultural differences and the pandemic making it even harder.
