Based on what, wishful thinking?

Newton wrote more books on magic than any other subject.

Natural Law was just something he did on the side, his real interest was alchemy.

@izzythepush,
Izzy is my stalker, following from thread to thread, without commenting on the narrative we are discussing. Isaac Newton was not the topic of the narrative in question (I use the phrase "Newton's time", admittedly incorrectly, to refer to a period of time). Izzy is just here to throw mud.

The topic is scientific terms. Everyone else on this thread has commented intelligently on the topic.

Yes.
And that's why I clarified e.g. the use of "Paris inch". And mentioned the decimal system.

@maxdancona,
Don’t talk ****. I look at most threads and point out inaccuracies.

In anyone is stalking anyone you’re stalking me, as was the case with your response on the ‘equilateral’ triangle thread. You even told Roger you were trying to get a reaction from me.

I appreciate we’re talking about the habit of a lifetime, but you really need to stop talking ****.

How would you know?

Have I said anything inaccurate?

At least I knew where and when the metric system originated.

You keep pulling stuff out your arse, there’s nothing intelligent about that.
