Should there be a comma after "wife and Ismail?

On Tuesday morning, Mr Anwar had posted a photo of him and his wife Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail on his Facebook page with the caption of: "May all of today's tasks be eased."

1. Could "posted" be used instead?
2. Should there be a comma after "wife" and another after "Ismail"?

Thanks!

@tanguatlay,
It depends because they don’t mean the same thing, by using ‘had’ we’re talking about a previous time period. Anwar may have posted the picture earlier on in the morning or he may have posted it the day before or even earlier.

Leaving out had means Anwar posted it on Tuesday morning.

People are becoming more relaxed in their use of commas, so although strictly speaking you should put commas around his wife you can get away with not doing it.
