Before you turn in your paper, check (1) spelling, (2) punctuation, (3) capitalization, and (4) footnotes.
In British English, is it necessary to insert a comma after "capitalization"?

What you’re talking about is the Oxford comma, if you google the phrase you’ll see there’s a lot of debate about whether or not to use it. So it’s best to sayit’s optional.
Of more concern is the comma after paper, get rid of it.
