According to Vocapture dictionary, “evidence” is also a countable noun, as shown below.

But I checked the Oxford Dictionary, which tells me that it is an uncountable noun.

So I am confused.

evidence
uk /ˈev.ɪ.dəns/ us /ˈev.ə.dəns/

Noun

evidence (usually uncountable, plural evidences)
