@eurocelticyankee,
Is it true that Pats aren’t play on Monday at 5p? That was the last thing I read.

@Ragman,
This from the NFL

The NFL has postponed Monday night's Week 5 game between the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos in the wake of the latest positive COVID-19 test, the league announced.

"The Denver Broncos at New England Patriots game scheduled for Monday, October 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET has been postponed," the league said in a statement. "Details on a new game date and time will be announced shortly. Both teams will now have a Week 5 bye. This decision was made to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel and in consultation with medical experts."

@eurocelticyankee,
Seven Irish players isolate and yet an 'international' football game goes ahead. Thinking of organising a '**** the Elderly' event. Sorry Americans, angry right now.

@George,
Oops, I did it again.
Jeslog's score should be 2, not 3.

@George,
Perhaps there was a later game result you hadn’t counted yet?

@Ragman,
I had mistakenly put her down for too many picks.

George has 10, CoastalRat, j aumen, and Rhys each have 9. We have all
picked the Saints, so it comes down to the Bills-Titans and the score of
the Monday night game
as a tie-breaker. The tie-breakers are total
points, winning team's points, losing teams points in that order.
George -- 45 (24-21)
Rhys -- 48 (31-17)
j aumen -- 54 (30-24)
CoastalRat -- 56 (35-21)

@George,
Early Congratulations to the potential winners.

Sorry, I’m still a bit confused, though I think we are in agreement about the correct number of wins (8). I’m just not sure about how you’re counting the losses as I count 4 losses. Is that wrong? (I think that only affects the percentages not the placements.)

On a different subject, how about what we have learned this week about what teams are the winners and have the highest ‘power index’. Who can be relied on and who you can’t.

Are the Seahawks headed for the top seeing the refuse to lose? What about the Vikings based on this last game? Is there a more exciting combo of Wilson and Metcalf in the NFL? Money on the line💰!

Not that I’ll lose sleep over this one but where does the Cowboys team rank now that Prescott is out for awhile?

Any thoughts?

Good eye!

I shouldn't have included the percentages until all games were played. My
spreadsheet is set up to calculate percentage as
. . . . Number Correct Picks / Total Number of Picks.
So your 8 correct picks are divided by 14 picks rather than picks for the 12
games already played.

@Ragman,
I think the Squawks, er, Seahawks have an unfair advantage in that their
jerseys are mind-numbing. That said, yeah, Russell Wilson is the Real Deal.

Looking forward to the Bills game. I'm not sold on them yet.

@George,
Yes, those uniforms must distract the opponents or paralyze them.

I laugh every time Wilson bails them out in the last quarter or last play. He out-Bradys some of Brady’s last-minute heroics. Just keep Pete Carroll from ruining things ala that SB XLIX loss against the Brady-led Pats

The total points for last night's game was 57 (30-27).
That gives CoastalRat (56) the tie-breaker.

So if the Bills win tonight, so does CoastalRat.
If the Titans win, the week goes to George.
