The Chiefs open the season with another win.
That puts Littlebit in second place so far with the rest of us tied for first.

I’m an unabashed Brady fan so I’m really looking forward to this matchup against Brees. Perhaps because it’s the golden-oldie-against-golden-oldie HoFamers matchup but I think it’s a bit more than that. And not just ‘cause I’d like to see a resurgence of NFL team in my part of FL either.

Game time is 4:25 pm ET from NO.

Oddsmaker have grown the spread to 3.5 pots with an offensive minded game predicted. (duuuh).

Though, I must say that if Brady-Gronk pairing fails, I think it bodes poorly for Tampa keeping its franchise there for very long. The stadium and the attendance (30th in NFL) therein had not been a rousing success and there’s been loud rumbling about relocation. FWIW, Owner Malcolm Glazer is worth $4.7 B and the franchise is worth about $2.3b. One thinks he could wait things out.

Local government won’t or can’t offer them enough tax-incentive sweetener to entice them to stay. Parking and neighborhood is not conducive to fans.

Furthermore, if Brees were to get knocked out of the game, guess who is the likely replacement. Why, it’s Mr. Pick-6 himself, Jameis Winston. Not saying it’ll happen, but...?
