Mike Flynn's case just was remanded back to the federal trial judge. 8-2 ruling against dismissal...with one recusal.

Guess he has got to rely on pardon or commutation from the Criminal-in-Chief.

I think he'll be able to count on a pardon if it becomes necessary, as Mr. Trump doesn't stab his own people in the back like W did with Scooter Libby.

However, I think the Supreme Court will probably have some serious questions about this case.
