In English, nearly always (exceptions for words like children and oxen), you add an
s or an
es at the end and you get a plural. There is more than one application, as you correctly state. Hence the
s at the end.
This isn't optional and it isn't rare.
To make a plural in English, with very, very few exceptions, means you stick an
s on the end. The word application is not one of the exceptions.
And the way, there's an error in the sentence. You need the word
the (the definite article) in front of ABC as it's a specific ceremony.
