You seem to have two separate pieces of evidence here, the link and the image.
I presume you are presenting these as supporting item #3 from your list of 6 claims. Item #3 was:

As for the link, Trump is criticizing a black member of Congress, Elijah Cummings, for mismanaging his district. Parenthetically, Elijah Cummings is a frequent critic of Trump. What is your point, that people who happen to be black should be immune from criticism or that the mere fact of criticizing any person who happens to be black is racist? If that is your attitude, it is certainly racist.
As for the image referencing Trump's twitter comment about thugs, he said, as you show:
"...thugs are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd.”
Surely referring to Minneapolis rioters ( who aren't even predominantly black) who smash things, set things on fire, loot, and attack people as "thugs" is accurate.
What is it that you imagine this link and image prove?
I find it interesting that you object to having to defend your own claims.
