Hotmail "Match The Picture"

Hey everyone,
Recently, MSN has been giving me alot of hell in order to access my email. I can't do the usual clicking on the tab in my MSN Messenger window. Whenever I try to access email by this way or signing in from www.hotmail.com, a page loads asking me to "match the picture", which in essense asks me to enter the characters that it has loaded into a small picture. Even when I do this, another window loads asking me to do the same thing.. It consistently happens.. over and over and over.. I had this problem once before, and I had googled it and found a webpage to help, but unfortunately I did not save that link and have been unable to find it back since.

The only way that I have been able to access my email is by using links from the History feature of Internet Explorer, and even using that method, it does not work all the time, and this only enables me to read and delete email, it doesnt allow me to forward email or send any new messages. Please please please, can someone help me?
