Spearman’s Assumption of Monotonicity Not Met!

All three of my Spearman’s rho assumptions of a monotonic relationship were not met. Does anyone have any suggestions of other non-parametric analyses I can run to show an association that can be used with non-linear and non-monotonic variables.
