Page Role Invitations for Facebook

Our nonprofit has been hiring performers to go live on our Facebook page by granting them temporary editor access (we did this twice). However, two weeks ago, the page role invitations stopped working and no one is seeing the invitations. Has anyone encountered this before?

We even tried giving the performer my login, but they were unable to go live as our page, only as me or themselves.

Facebook has been unresponsive to help requests.
