Feeling a little sorry for myself tonight.

Both my cats are getting older. Roland has gotten a little thinner, so I make sure I give him some extra "people food" like chicken, steak, cheese etc every day.
He always eats more if I'm right near by, and occassional say something like "wow, you're a good eater boy, aren't you?" once in a while. He's like "yes I am!"

Then I thought "Who's going to sit by me and watch me eat enough in a few years?"

Ever try liverwurst or cream cheese with garlic powder for the cats?
My late Arthur was wild for both.

As to who will make sure you eat enough, you still have plenty of years and likely friends who can do that.


...have to say though, if I had people just sitting around watching me eat, I'd perhaps go a bit bonkers (well more than current bonkers level)
