I don’t know where I should post but I want to get some advises , I can’t sleep everyday now. I went to German for meet my friend on March, didn’t have travel restriction yet on that occasion. I had a friend there, knew for long time already . Corona became serious soon after I arrived there. I let him came to the hotel I stayed cause he said he didn’t want to go outside as corona is so serious outside now . but I couldn’t imagine that could be the worst decision I have made. We were just talked after we went inside my hotel room, but then he dragged me to the bed suddenly during I tried to find my phone in bag, then he raped me. He told me “don’t try to call the police. Is useless. They can’t find me.” This sentence always appear in my mind from then on . I gotta crazy… I slapped him and asked him leave at once , I was intend to call the police but one of my best friend told me airport probably will close soon , then I was thinking if I didn’t go back quickly then I cant go back to my own country. Then I just decided to go back first immediately. BUT I DISCOVERED THAT I AM PREGNANT last month . I couldn’t find him anymore AS he blocked my whatsapp , phone everything etc after I told him I am pregnant !!!! He only said you can’t find me because I have moved to other place then blocked me. Now I still keep the pregnancy test result and I got a pic of it , I cry everyday just don’t know what to do .

I am very sorry for what happened to you. I urge you to get in touch with people locally who can really help.
In the US there are rape crisis centers. I looked up this for Germany and found this...

but cannot enter to Germany now due to restriction now. cannot call the police there.. as i dont live there

Such a sad story!
Report the rape to the police where you are. They will handle it from there.
Find a church or women’s counseling center where you are. You are going to need help to get through all this.
Do you have family to help you out?

it happened in Germany but now i am in hong kong already... does it still help when i call the police at once after i can enter the country ? cause still in banned now

If you don't tell your family now, they're going to figure it out when you go into labor.
You were raped. You're no more at fault than if you were robbed at gunpoint. You are the victim of a crime.
And yeah, I would still call the cops. Keeping this to yourself isn't doing you any favors -- and telling the cops may lead them somewhere. But if you don't tell them, there's zero chance of catching this guy.
And yeah. He should be caught. He's a perpetrator.

Call the German Consulate General (21/F United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hongkong - +852 2105 8788) and give them some details. They should be able to tell you what to do and how it can be done.
Besides that, I would inform the police of the town where it happend. Might well be that there's a help line "violence against women" in that town as well - they could help you how to proceed, too.

Does it also help if I call the police in Hong Kong ? Cause I am not in Germany now , I have his phone number only but I don’t have his address .

Some additional information:
I don't know if you speak some German. You could report the crime to the police online (>
https://online-strafanzeige.de/# - then choose the state of that town and give the details on the form in the [new] police's webside.
If you would get advice from the "violence against women" people (who certainly will speak English) look (online) for an office of "Frauennotruf" in that town.

Under German law, the police investigates crimes on request of the prosecutors.
However, the police conduct the vast majority of criminal investigations on their own.
Rape has a penalty of imprisonment for a term of between six months and five years in Germany.
If you just want to get to know where he is/might be, well, the Consulate General will give you some help, I hope.

i tried to report from online criminal complaint, but it shows "It is currently only possible to file a complaint via this website with regard to the following offenses:
Online auction fraud,
Bicycle theft, embezzlement, property damage to a bicycle,
Theft of parts on a vehicle, theft of objects from an unlocked motor vehicle and property damage to a motor vehicle."

Then pick up the phone and talk to someone.
I also hope you can talk to a rape counselor in your country.
