Trump regulatory rollback are setting the stage for next Dem regime

Most Democrats aren't that progressive, but they still want to look progressive by making lots of regulations that superficially appear to make the world better and thus whitewash the economy they just want to stimulate to higher levels of growth and job-creation.

So all the news about the Trump administration rolling back environmental protections and enabling further exploitation of precious resources is setting the stage for the next Democrat regime to pass a lot of legislation that makes them look like they're doing a lot, even while they may not even bring things back to Obama era levels.

It is interesting that despite all the anti-Trumpism, the Trump administration may actually ultimately be doing more to lay a foundation for the next Democrat regime to look productive, regardless of how much it actually achieves in the larger context of historical progress.
