Crush advice

I would like a man's point of view on this.I have a crush on this guy that I met at a group gathering that happens a few times a month.My attraction to him was instant.Everytime we talk...I feel this deep chemistry an vibe going on between us.So far here are the things I've noticed that make me think we have a mutual attraction.In conversation he has called me Lady an my first name asked about my day.....come an sat by me asking me if I go to church an has shared something on his end concerning it,also I told him that my mother an I go fishing an right away he asked if he could go with me...then another day he asked my mother if he could go with us....I was stunned on that...lol.Has also asked my mother how we know the guy that fixed his plumbing which happens to be my ex an she told him that we are divorced.....then on another occasion he asked her if I lived with her.When we are face to face talking he leans in an his eyes go to my lips an hair an lingers like his mind is roaming different from our conversation.My mom has caught him taking long staring glances at me when we are at these gatherings.He has put his hand on my back to go through the door.......offered me gloves to keep warm.......put his hand on my shoulder an kept it there rubbing it for a few minutes.Asked for a ride there one time.Comes up to me an talks sometimes but once in a while he stands to hisself an I think he's a little shy or maybe he just can't read me.I found out he's in a relationship he doesn't hide It but doesn't talk about it,I think he's unhappy in his situation or they aren't really together like I think.It was also easy for me to have an excuse to reach out thru text because he sends me once in a while text about when an what time the gatherings will take place.I've even sent him texts that I knew he'd be interested in an he soon answers me back.He has told me thru text that I can call or text him if I need him.I don't know if I should make a move or keep silent an. flirt first.One day something happened that was funny....I was doing laundry an my phone was in hand...I accidentally called him....told him I was sorry an that I didn't mean too...he just laughed an said it was okay an asked how I was doing.Okay am I reading him wrong about these attraction vibes I'm feeling?I did get brave a few times an start a conversation and deliberately bumped his arm an asked him why he was so quiet....he just smiled.
