Full-face window ventilation masks

Do you get creeped out by all the ninja-looking face masks that hide mouth and nose and only show the eyes?

Is it possible that full-face window ventilation masks like this could become affordable and popular?


Some people might think it's cool to go around looking like bounty hunters from a Star Wars movie, but being able to see someone's whole face is probably preferable for most people.

Would such ventilators be comfortable enough for people to get used to wearing them in public without being weirded out by the fact everyone is wearing such a device?
