Should the second sentence be "No way can you miss it!" instead?

No. The first word order is better.

This is also very information. "No way you can miss it" is not a real sentence. You could write "There is no way you can miss it".

I would change this to the imperative. "Don't miss it!".

This sounds like advertising script. So emphasis is important.

Note the difference:

No way should you miss it

No way you should miss it.
