I take a long walk every day (and several short ones in our neighborhood). It keeps me healthy and somewhat sane.

I'm semi-retired so I go to work three days a week. The company I work for
is considered "essential" so it is still open. My job does not lend itself well
to working from home so I go in. I was a bit surprised that they didn't tell
me to stay home due to my age (I'm over 70). There are a lot of
preventative measures in place at work and I am scrupulous about keeping
safe. So far, so good.
