It is true, however, that the company name is often used as representative of the people who design and create items for sale, such as fashion houses, and automobiles, etc. But in this case, I saw the watch designs as being the product of people, so I chose "their".
Can "such as" be used with"etc"?

Yes.
The use of
such as, is indicating there are several different things. Rather than list all of them, (there may be dozens or more), only two are given and then
etc is written to let the reader know there are more.
