Why can't I accept friend requests ?

Hi
Why can't I accept friend requests sent to me? Although, Fb giving a reminder that friend requests are waiting for confirmation when I try to confirm a different dialogue box pops up and discourages and is not allowing me to confirm. I have included the ss of the pop-up box. It is to be noted I am not sending out friend request instead I am receiving so it should be my choice whether I accept or reject! Hope I am correct and acting as per the FB rules. Please advice me.

@Prishaan,

Do you have 5000 friends? That's the limit; FB will assume you're some sort of public figure or quasi-public figure and should have a fan page.

If not, then try in several different ways. E. g. phone, laptop, friend's computer, coffee house.

no, not 5000 yet. It's only 2300 and another thousand is pending confirmation! So I am surprised why can't I add the others. I am a small YouTuber only!

Any thoughts?

Hmm weird. I wonder if the large number of awaiting confirmations are at all an issue (and congratulations on your success).
