I'm constantly listening to music! So I'm always up for some new bands! What are your favorite bands?
Me I dont have a favorite...i love them all
If you're looking for new bands, you can check out these (they're pretty much unknown I think):
Area 7, Catch 22, Del Amitri, Guster, Maximo Park, Streetlight Manifesto and Turin Brakes.
I also recommend the Mars Volta and John Frusciante
I dont know wether you mean this type of music but I like Streetcar they should be pretty good this time next year and The Used.
Del Amitri-Waking Hour album is one of the best ever.
I also like Keane.
Yeah, what kind of music? That makes a big difference.
Yes, Priest, AC/DC, Sabbath, King Crimson
King Crimson \m/
Opeth, Insomnium, Flogging Molly, Spock's Beard, Porcupine Tree, Genesis (the prog years), Tool, Agalloch, Dropkick Murphys, and i can go on.
Peter Gabriel era Genesis ....Oh yeah. "It's only knock and know all...but I like it"
I really like porcupine tree as well. They remind me of a more orchestrated Tool in a way.
I favor Incubus, staind, slipknot, kelly clarkson (I am a sad girl, ok!)... anna nalick, black crowes.... etc. etc.
The Ramones, The Stooges, Gang of Four, Modern Lovers, Sonic Youth...
We're in all the magazines...gulping down Thorazines/

Huh. I never looked at Porcupine Tree that way but I see what you're saying. Especially Lateralus-type Tool. Steve Wilson's (the writer/keyboardist of PT) other side projects are pretty good too, such as Blackfield.
you should say something about the genre you are searching new music of.

No Christmas cards to send
Daddy likes men
The Ramones were bad ass... I saw 'em a couple of times back in the day....
I'm jealous...There was a cool documentary just came out about them. End of the Century. Depressing though.
Children of Bodom, murderdolls, wednesday 13, kittie, the used, the blood brothers, the ramones, bad religion
Well i don't know if anyone knows these artists very well but i think their interesting. Check out Portishead, Zero 7, Massive Attack. Portishead and Massive Attack are more older but i just recently discovered Massive Attack's "Mezzanine" album and "Protection" album, i've always heard about them but never really knew their music until now. And Portishead's "Dummy" album is pretty good.
Dummy's an album that survived the trip-hop craze to become a classic.

im going to see Testament... Im going to see Testament..
Yipppeeeeee
yeah, they are one of my favorite bands right now..
