Hi. I am doing a little research on this for a project.
I know domestic dogs are commonly associated with rap/hip-hop culture.
I would like to assume tough and/or aggressive and/or macho cat breeds are tied to rap/hip-hop culture. I am trying to find a definitive source that verifies what domestic cat breeds have ties to rap/hip-hop culture. I have yet to find one.
The only cat I can think of who is tied to rap/hip-hop culture is MC Skat Kat:
but it doesn't really say too much about domestic cat breeds tied to rap/hip-hop culture.

That'd be black cats.
I'm in the post-production phrase of a 105 minute animated feature film which I wrote, animated, composed the original music for, voiced, sang, choreographed, produced and edited about rough 'hood cats and dogs as homage to Top Cat and Officer Dribble. I'm still working on names for some of the cats and whether or not to pencil them in with 2B or HB in the credits.
