I AM WONDERING HOW TO MAKE THE BEST PASTA???

Seriously, I purchased and tried fresh pasta noodles from grocery very freshly made and was surprised how good it was . I also once made fresh pasta noodles with a pasta maker. That’s is the very definition of insanity. Not worth the trouble or the mess it makes in the kitchen. Then there’s all the cleanup of the pasta maker itself. Yeah, right!

Yep because I decided I really loved the taste of fresh pasta but not the expense of buying it at the local Italien market I bought my own pasta maker. I would say for maybe a year I made fresh pasta. But like you it finally was too much work so I went back to dry pasta.

I do though try to buy the higher quality not store brand ... maybe when I am retired and have more time I will go back to fresh pasta
